As many of you know each month there is an alert via the Yahoo Group Erotic City NPG reminding you of the funky Prince parties that take place at Berlin Nightclub in the windy city of Chicago. Well, this gon' be the one ya'll. After 13 years of hosting Prince Nite, our hot & cool DJ's Sam & Chad are hanging up their purple boots! Yes, you read it right!
So, please mark your calendars and plan to do what makes a purple hippie proud! Party 'til the sun comes up in Chitown on August 31, 2008 for the last Prince Nite hosted by DJ's Sam & Chad who are affectionately known by me as a "Hot Piece of Cake" & "Ice Cream"...If you wanna get creamy you better have your face in da place and enjoy an evening of Purple Funk "from dusk til dawn!!!"
This farewell party is also the annual "White Party", meaning the preferred attire for the evening is to be dressed in all white. However, white attire is not REQUIRED. I have attended many a Prince Nite and let me tell you I left each time feeling truly "Satisfied." It is an incredible Xperience and every Prince fan should Xperience the Beautiful

For those who dare, TMPMG invites you to join us for cocktails and MIDNIGHT BOWLING at Milwaukee's very own iPic Entertainment located at the Bayshore Town Center in Glendale, WI. About the iPic - Pinstrikes bowling lanes offers an ultra cool, inviting atmosphere for social gatherings, parties or high energy fun. Bowl a strike while enjoying the nightclub quality audio and visual presentation on our 65 foot video wall. Relax on our plush couches and intimate seating while enjoying a great burger or steak and one of our signature martinis. To determine the *cost of this event, I am looking for RSVP's ASAP. Early planning will be essential in ensuring we Purple Hippies have secured a reservation for this awesome event. Yes, those of you who are old school Prince fans will remember Prince doing a track for the movie Bright Lights, Big City (Good Love-1988). However, here in the big city of Milwaukee, we will be having a Holiday Lights Festival Kick Off Extravaganza presented by Midwest Airlines. Starry nights are near in sight with the city's largest holiday lights kick-off ceremony. It all begins with a repertoire of festive acts, including an extreme fire and ice show by Fear No Ice, AM 1640 Radio Disney Dancers, Anita's Dance Company, Milwaukee Bucks', Energee Dancers, skits by Milwaukee's performing arts groups, appearances by local celebrities, plus a visit by Santa Claus. Then it's on to the "official flip switching" of downtown's park and street décor, topped off by a breathtaking fireworks show. FREE hot cocoa, coffee and cookies will keep guests toasty all night, and kids will enjoy FREE coloring books, crayons and glow sticks.
After the show, take in downtown's dazzling displays with FREE Jingle Bus rides from Pere Marquette Park. From thousands of glowing lights and animated displays in three parks to new street-level decorations along Wisconsin Avenue, the Jingle Bus is your sightseeing connection. Catch the tour all season long! The Jingle Bus will operate from 6 to 9 pm, Thursdays through Sundays until December 30 for $1 per person from the Hilton Milwaukee City Center.
